Villa Manevi

 The Villa has wifi throughout with a booster located upstairs to ensure good connectivity. The villa has air conditioning units throughout.

Bedrooms

4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have super-king size beds and the other two have twin beds. One of the super-king rooms also has a lovely en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms are newly painted with new flooring, curtains and furniture. Plenty of storage space in fitted wardrobes and dressing tables/bedside tables.

Bathrooms

3 bathrooms all including showers. All the bathrooms have brand new fittings and flooring. Fitted to a very high standard. There are two bathrooms situated upstairs and one downstairs.

All towels and linen provided.

Downstairs

Large open plan kitchen/dining and living area. This is a lovely area with views over the pool.

The living area 

The living and dining are has opening sliding doors opening out on to the delightful patio and seating area on the outside terrace. The living area contains two large settees and plenty of tables. The dining area has a large 6 person dining table and chairs. There is also a large flatscreen TV and seating area with DVD player and stereo system. The kitchen has all the facilities you would expect including microwave, toaster, kettle, toasted sandwich maker etc.

Outside area

A large pool set in lovely gardens. A large newly built Kosk which provides a lovely seating area in the shade. The kosk also has lighting and power.

There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. On the terrace area is a large 6 person outdoor dining table. On the other end of the terrace is a large settee seating area with large coffee table.
