Villa Manevi-The Bungalow

 The Villa has wifi throughout. The villa has air conditioning units throughout.

Bedrooms:

3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have king size beds and the other one has a single bed. One of the king rooms also has a lovely en-suite bathroom. Plenty of storage space in fitted wardrobes and dressing tables/bedside tables. 

​

Bathrooms:

2 bathrooms all including showers, fitted to a very high standard. There are two bathrooms one en-suite and the other family bathroom.

​

All towels and linen provided.

​

Inside:

Large open plan kitchen/dining and living area. This is a lovely area with views over the pool.

The living area: 

The living and dining are has opening sliding doors opening out on to the delightful patio and seating area on the outside terrace. The living area contains two large settees. There is also a large flatscreen TV and seating area with DVD player and stereo system. Plenty of DVD's and CD's for entertainment. The kitchen has all the facilities you would expect including microwave, toaster, kettle, toasted sandwich maker etc.

Leading from the inside to the outside is the most beautiful covered terrace/conservatory area with full sliding doors leading to the outside. This makes it the most wonderful place to sit at any time of the year as it is warm in the Winter with the sliding doors closed and cool in the Summer with the sliding doors open. This area has a lovely 6 seater dining table and chairs along with other seating for chilling out with a book and a glass of wine.

Outside area

A large pool set in lovely gardens with steps leading into the shallow end of the pool. A large newly built Kosk which provides a lovely seating area in the shade. The kosk also has lighting and power.

There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. 

​

The outside area is beautifully landscaped and fully maintained with a lovely array of shrubs and flowers.

​

For large groups the outside area combined with that of Villa Manevi next door is absolutely perfect for large family groups.
